Once we've taken the time, effort and materials to make your piece, we unfortunately cannot offer returns or exchanges . 

Your price is an all inclusive price so you won't incur any unexpected fees without proper consultation. 

We also stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products, and are proud to offer a lifetime warranty on wear and tear for all our creations. This means we'll make any repairs due to wear and tear such as stitch reinforcements, hardware breakage, and strap replacements for the lifetime of the bra. 

Shipping costs are not included in our lifetime warranty. Any cosmetic adjustments can also be taken care for a nominal fee to cover our time, plus our shipping costs.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will be applied at check out.

How long does a custom bra garment take to make?

The entire process takes anywhere from 1-6 months depending on your measurements, the garment style and fabric chosen, where you live and how many additional fittings and adjustments are needed

Orders within North America take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-20 days. 

Can I rush order my bra?

Our business is one that requires time, craftsmanship and creativity. And what we do sometimes cannot be rushed. However, if we can meet your tight timeline, we will certainly let you know, along with an applicable rush fee.
