However, due to the personalized nature of our custom bras, we cannot offer returns or exchanges once we have invested the time, effort, and materials to create your custom bra. Refunds are available before or during your sample fitting, before we start your custom bra. For more details, please visit our process page.

Your purchase includes up to three rounds of fittings and alterations, and most bras only require 1-2 alterations to achieve the perfect fit. This all-inclusive price ensures you won't incur any unexpected service or shipping fees. We proudly offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY on wear and tear for all our custom bras, which covers repairs such as stitch reinforcements, hardware breakage, and strap replacements. Our custom bras are designed to last up to 10 years with proper care.
