Meet Ruhee.
Ruhee is the Founder of Rubies Bras, a luxury bespoke bra company and online mentorship school. Born and raised in Edmonton, Canada, Ruhee graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelors of Commerce Degree in Marketing in 2004, and worked in the corporate and consulting sector for over 20 years. In 2015, Ruhee began the leap and started her passion project, a custom bra business, which has now evolved to high-end couture commissions and an online sewing school. Ruhee and her business have been featured worldwide, including Vogue.com.

WHY CUSTOM BRAS
Rubies Bras began with a simple question: Why are so many women expected to adapt to garments that were never designed for their bodies?
After years of searching for a bra that truly fit, founder Ruhee stopped looking for a solution and decided to create one herself. What began as a personal pursuit quickly became years of studying fit, construction, and bra engineering and transforming her frustration into expertise.
Today, that same commitment guides everything we do. Every garment is designed with precision, built around the individual, and created to deliver comfort that standard sizing simply cannot.

Founder, CEO, Senior Designer
Ruhee graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelors of Commerce Degree in Marketing and worked in the corporate and consulting sector for over 18 years. In 2015, Ruhee began the leap and started her passion project, a custom bra & teaching business, which she now runs full-time out of her private studios in Toronto and Edmonton.
BIANCA
Senior Designer, Production Manager
Residing in Toronto, Canada, Bianca graduated from Ryerson University in 2021 with a degree in Fashion Design. Starting as an intern in 2020, Bianca now works for Rubies full-time and specializes in illustration, pattern design and development.
LEIGH
Senior Sewist, Production Manager
Leigh is our senior fit expert and production manager based out of New Jersey, USA. With decades of sewing experience, Leigh carries extensive knowledge of construction and fit, specializing in large bust size design and production.
ANITA
Senior Instructor, Production Manager
With over two decades of professional sewing experience, Anita brings exceptional craftsmanship and deep industry knowledge. Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, she now resides in Mesa. After raising her children, she returned to school and earned a degree in fashion design.
