Rubies Bras: What's Included in my Bespoke Custom Bra?

When you buy a Rubies Bra, you get a fully customized, personal and hand-held experience. We strive to give you the best possible service when it comes to creating the perfect bra for you. All our bras are custom made to measure, which means we make the bra from scratch in your own measurements.

All our custom bras are inclusively priced, which means you pay one price, and get the whole bespoke bra experience from start to finish. Your custom bra purchase includes:

1. All fittings which usually amount to one initial fitting, one or two sample fittings, and two to three adjustment fittings. All guided by us.
2. All sewing and fitting alterations: your bra is hand-sewn by our sewists in Canada and the USA, and adjusted afterward if needed to ensure a perfect fit.
3. Shipping: all shipping costs are covered by us, including mailing samples, mailing you your custom bra, and shipping required to cover any alterations needed. 

You are cared for, hand-held, and guided with a step by step process throughout the entire experience. This means us doing measurements with you in-person, or helping you do them yourself through online virtual calls, to you trying out samples in our studio or having them mailed to you. And of course, working side by side with you to create the bra of your dreams, including adjustments to get the fit just right. It’s detailed, intimate, and inclusive. And, for most clients, we can do everything virtually from start to finish!
