We've spent a long time perfecting the process to make it smooth, accurate, easy for you! In fact, over 90% of our clients are now virtual. See our process page to understand better how it all works!

The entire process takes anywhere from 4-12 weeks depending on your measurements, the style and fabric you've chosen, where you live and how many additional fittings and adjustments are needed.

Just like any custom piece, 1-3 fittings are usually required to finalize the bra to get it just right.

Orders within North America take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-15 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

All fittings are done privately by the owner and/or our senior sewist, both of whom are female, mature, and experienced professional bra fitters, designers and makers.

Yes! This is one of our most requested features. Most of our bras can be accommodated to be front closure.

We've been in business since 2015 and have made over 1000 bras. So we know our stuff!

We use high grade fabrics that are soft, breathable and gentle on the skin. All our materials are sourced locally and are free from latex and animal products. Depending on your needs we use a variety of fabrics including

If there is a certain fabric that we do not carry and is requested, we will try our best to source for you.

The beauty of having a bespoke bra custom made for you is that we make everything from scratch based on your own measurements. You get to choose the style, the fabric, the colour and any special requests that you need. We have been able to accommodate and solve most of the requests we get and special needs requirements. We get this question A LOT. We see breasts every day, and let us tell you, none are the same, and none are what you see in mainstream media. We know how it feels to have boobs that are different and be left out of the conversation. That's why we started this business. Yes! We are able to make alterations to commerical store bought bras. Just send us a message with pictures and what alteration you require and we will get back to you with a quote. You can also book a fitting with us if you need us to take a look and provide our feedback.

Our custom made bras typically range from $625-$1500 USD depending on your needs, and the style and fabric you choose.

We take what we charge you very seriously, and have put together an experience and product that we desperately needed, but couldn't find in the market for ourselves. Our pricing allows us to run our business all within Canada and the USA in a sustainable, responsible and zero waste manner.

Our fees are all inclusive so you don't have to worry about any hidden or unexpected costs after you purchase.

Pricing includes your initial measurement fitting, samples fitting, creating your bra design, sourcing and purchasing fabric, up to three rounds of fittings and adjustments, and of course, your bespoke bra. All shipping costs associated are also included.

Lastly, all of our custom come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY, which means we'll make any repairs needed due to wear and tear for the lifetime of the bra. And any aesthetic adjustments can also be taken care for a nominal fee.

We offer bundle discounts between 10-35% on subsequent bras of the same style as the first bra takes the most investment. After that, you can order as many custom bras as you'd like with just one click!

Your money doesn't line the pockets of the rich, but goes towards paying women who are meeting with you, and making your bra. We spend 20+ hours of our time per bra, which includes having live fittings with you, sending you samples bras to try on, making your actual bra, and then offering up to three rounds of sewing alterations and fitting appointments to get it just right.

Our price also includes all the back and forth shipping costs incurred so you won't be surprised with unexpected costs after you've paid.

Yes, our prices are all inclusive of the shipping of the samples, your custom bra and up to three rounds of alterations.

Yes! We offer up to 25% discount on the second bra, and potentially more on bulk orders.

Most “Custom Bra” stores do custom fittings, which means they measure and fit you into a ready-to-wear bra and make alternations. This is very different than a bespoke custom made bra sewn from scratch, exactly to your measurements as compared to altering a garment already made to fit a standard size. Similar to a suit you get altered versus a custom made suit, the difference in Rubies Bras is a true bespoke custom bra.

All forms of payment are accepted, including cash, cheque, debit, credit, EFT, and Apple Pay. Instalment plans also accepted. 

We don't want to exclude anyone who needs a custom bra due to financial constraints and promise to be understanding, compassionate, and work with you and your budget. You are welcome to pay as little or as much as you like, on a frequency that is right for you. Once we receive half the payment, we can start the process. We also sometimes have samples on-hand for sale at 50% off that we offer during sample sales and on request.

We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products, and are proud to offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY on wear and tear for all our custom bras. This means we'll make any repairs due to wear and tear such as stitch reinforcements, hardware breakage, and strap replacement free of charge for the lifetime of the bra. Shipping costs are not included.

Any cosmetic or fit adjustments can also be taken care for a nominal fee to cover our time.

Sample sale adjustments are excluded from this warranty and adjustments will come at a nominal charge to cover our time.

We cannot offer returns or exchanges once we've invested the time, effort and materials to make your custom bra. You can however, choose to not move forward and request a refund after your sample fitting before we start making your bra. See our process page for details on where this occurs in the process.

Your price does include up to three rounds of fittings and alterations, and most bras only need 1-2 alterations to make it just right. We truly want your investment in a custom bra to be worth it, and will try to ensure your bra fits, flatter and functions for your needs to the best of our ability. We understand that sometimes, life takes over.

That is why we provide a 60-day grace period to you in case you need more time getting back to us during your custom bra making process.

If you are unable to get back to us during that time, we will mark your order as closed.

If we do hear back from you after this time, we'll be happy start your order subject to a re-start fee and the current pricing structure in place.

Wash & Care Instructions
The key to making your bra last years (yes, years!) is to wash properly and regularly. Handwashing it always best, but machine washing will work if done with care.

Washing Tips
1. Wash every 2-3 wears

2. Use your handy lingerie bag

3. Fasten the hook and eye together

4. Wash in gentle cycle using gentle cleanser (try Soak)

5. No commercial fabric softener except vinegar (which I use for everything by the way!). No dryer. Lay flat to dry.

Yes, for most situations we would be able to rush your order for a flat fees that range from $50-$150 depending on the rush.

Our founder couldn't find anything in stores that made her feel pretty, confident and comfortable. She would cry every time she had to look for a bra. So, out of sheer frustration, she went to a bra making class and made her own bra. She started telling people about her proud moment and realized she wasn't the only one with this problem. So then started a side hustle making bras for friends and family, and ended up creating a full-time business out of it!

YES. We travel to our clients for those who cannot or do not wish to go through the online process. However, all expenses, including flight, gas, accommodation and meals incurred are at the expense of the client.
