What's Included
When you buy a Rubies Bra, you get a fully customized, personal and hand-held experience. We strive to give you the best possible service when it comes to creating the perfect bra for you. All our bras are custom made to measure, which means we make the bra from scratch in your own measurements.
All our custom bras are inclusively priced, which means you pay one price, and get the whole bespoke bra experience from start to finish. Your custom bra purchase includes:
- Five fittings: including one initial fitting, one or two sample fittings, and two to three adjustment fittings. All guided by us.
- Five rounds of shipping: all shipping costs are covered by us, including mailing samples, mailing you your custom bra, and shipping required to cover any alterations needed.
- One handmade bespoke bra: our designers create a pattern, cut fabric, and sew your custom bra from scratch, right here in Canada and the USA.
- Up to three rounds of alterations: Just like a custom suit, your bespoke bra may required adjustments which we take care of to ensure a perfect fit.
You are cared for, hand-held, and guided with a step by step process throughout the entire experience. This means us doing measurements with you in-person, or helping you do them yourself through online virtual calls, to you trying out samples in our studio or having them mailed to you. And of course, working side by side with you to create the bra of your dreams, including adjustments to get the fit just right. It’s detailed, intimate, and inclusive. And, for most clients, we can do everything virtually from start to finish!

We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products, and are proud to offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY on wear and tear for all our custom bras. This means we'll make any repairs due to wear and tear such as stitch reinforcements, hardware breakage, and strap replacement free of charge for the lifetime of the bra.
